There is no building where Pullman Tow Pros trucks sit waiting. This site does not own trucks and does not perform the work. You send a request with where you are and what is wrong, and that request can be shared with up to 3 independent local contractors. No founding date gets invented here and no fleet count gets rounded up.

A single contractor tied up on one job is that contractor's schedule, not ours. Your request can be shared with more than one independent business. Whichever contractor you hire, the price and the standard they work to travel with that business, never with this website.

A Price Comes From the Contractor

Pullman Tow Pros is a free referral service, not a single truck sitting in one lot. Send where you are and what is wrong. A local contractor may contact you with their own price. Nothing is scheduled until you agree with that contractor, and this site does not promise a truck is on the way.

Whatever shapes a contractor's number, their current position, US-195 or SR-270 traffic, ice on College Hill or Military Hill, is theirs to explain. This site does not publish one price for every request.

What Washington Requires of a Tow Company

Owning a truck is not something this site does. RCW 46.55.020 sets the floor for a company that impounds a vehicle in Washington: a current Registered Tow Truck Operator credential, checked periodically by the Washington State Patrol. Pullman Tow Pros does not hold that credential. Each independent contractor is responsible for its own registration, licensing, and insurance.

Nothing here pretends to be bigger than it is: no AAA badge, no insurance-carrier partnership, no membership plan being sold on the side. Sorting out whether your own policy reimburses a tow happens afterward, directly with your insurer, using whatever paperwork the contractor gives you.
